5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Danbury Library
Farioly Program Room

Event Details

Join us as we show the featured movie of the month from our "The Book Was Better" book club. Each month we will select a book that has been made into a movie. We will hold a book discussion on the first Tuesday of the month (except May when it will be the second Tuesday). The night before the discussion, we will offer a movie showing so you can be fully prepared to compare and contrast the two materials at the discussion. You are also welcome to watch the movie on your own at your own leisure. Be sure to sign up for "The Book Was Better" discussion and we will be happy to place a hold on a copy of the book and/or the movie for you to pick up.

Ratings of all movies are rated PG-13:

February: Time Traveler's Wife (2009 directed by Robert Schwentke)

March: The Great Gatsby  (2013 directed by Baz Luhrmann)
