Event Details

Please Note: This is a virtual program via Zoom. Participants will receive a link to the program via email upon completing registration.

Ever wonder how everything around us has evolved – no matter the size? How do scientists track evolution and which tools do they use to inform us about the future? Join us in this month’s Science in the News talk where Yale scientists Nora Nelson, Chrishan Fernando, and Harrison Souchereau talk about evolution across space and time. Learn about how gut bacteria evolve over lifetimes, the tools scientists use to trace the last universal common ancestor, and how galaxies can come to an end.

Yale Science Communication (or “YSC”) is a graduate student organization that aims to ignite scientific engagement across diverse communities and train effective science communicators in the broader Yale graduate and postdoctoral community.

FREE! Registration is required.
