We live in a universe of things, but also one of processes and events. Many of these processes involve the transformation of simple parts into something quite complex. Whether it’s the molecules in our bodies and surroundings, or the notes of the music we listen to, nothing interesting would be possible without order. Join us for this month’s Science in the News talk where you will hear Charles Lomba, Sadie-Marie Wong-Si-Kwie, and Evan Cudone talk about how order is emerging from disorder all around us.

Yale Science Communication (or “YSC”) is a graduate student organization that aims to ignite scientific engagement across diverse communities and train effective science communicators in the broader Yale graduate and postdoctoral community.

FREE! Registration is required.
