Can there be happiness and peace in the aftermath of tragedy?  Can one ever laugh without the pangs of guilt, open your heart to love again, and learn to thrive and not merely survive? After an unspeakable loss, Audrey had to make the choice. Was she going to be engulfed in the treacherous waves of despair and fear, or was she going to go on her own journey to find a level of happiness and life with new meaning and purpose?

Join us to hear Audrey’s journey through the challenges, learn tools to help reduce stress, and discover a better understanding of what truly makes you happy!

Audrey Carlson is the Founder of Hartford Happiness Club and Elizabeth Anne Carlson Performing Arts Foundation.  She provides animal-assisted therapy to children and speaks to school students on how to recognize healthy and unhealthy relationships.

Free, registration is required.
