Event Details

Live, In-Person Program

Aging is inevitable, but growing older doesn’t have to mean giving up an active life. While aging does impose physical limitations, many people achieve their greatest successes later in life. Traffic safety is vital for drivers of all ages, but older drivers experience physical changes that can affect driving ability -- changes in vision, reaction time, and flexibility. Join us to learn safe driving strategies to compensate for vision, cognitive & physical changes that come with aging. Feel free to bring along your own lunch.

Fran Mayko, the presenter of this program, is the Manager of Media Relations at the Providence-based auto club. She is responsible for traffic safety community outreach and has done many improvement programs in CT. Free!
