Podcasts are one of today’s most popular, diverse forms of news and entertainment.  But what, exactly, makes a good podcast?  How do you take an idea for a podcast and make that a reality?

Join us for a week-long series to learn the skills needed to create your very own podcast! This series will include directed lessons and exercises in a relaxed and fun format for teens ages 12-18.  Our instructor, David DesRoches, Director of Community Programming at Quinnipiac University will guide us through each step, and help each participant gain the skills they need to share their podcast with the world!

To make the most of your experience, students will need the following:

  • Computer Access (Preferably a Laptop)

  • Audacity (Free Audio Editing Software); Download HERE

  • Interest in Podcasting

  • A Commitment to Having Fun!

Free! Registration Required.
