Have you been thinking about eating healthier, or maybe even going vegan? With the growing concern over food safety, the health of our planet, as well as our own health, more and more people are choosing a plant-based diet. 


With the help of Mary Lawrence, Executive Chef and owner of Well on Wheels, we’ll learn the basics of a whole foods, plant-based diet and how to get started cooking healthy meals at home. You will learn how to stock your pantry, food substitutions, and recipe ideas that will make the transition an adventure! 


Mary Lawrence is the Executive Chef and owner of Well on Wheels, Connecticut's premier vegan personal chef service. She is a frequent guest on radio and TV, as well as a speaker and writer.
