America has always been a nation of immigrants, but have you ever wondered what it was like for immigrants to leave their homelands and travel to a new country? Join Genealogist Toni Mckeen for a moving and powerful story about the immigrant experience and the steps people had to take to arrive in America. Participants will also get a chance to see interesting documents that relate to the immigration process.
Toni is a member of several genealogical organizations and she teaches several levels of genealogy courses in her hometown of Ridgefield, CT. Toni is also a popular lecturer at various genealogy societies in the New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Boston, and Long Island areas.
