Inti and the Moon is an Andean Latin Fusion band founded in 2010 in New York City. Inti, meaning "Sun" in the Kichwa language, is spoken in the indigenous communities of Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. The group focuses on composing and performing instrumental and vocal pieces based on the musical forms from the Andean region of South America flavored with jazz harmonies & Cuban-Caribbean groove. The Trio is led by guitarist/composer Geovanni “Geo” Suquillo on guitar, Andean flutes and Charango; Carmen Arrojo on percussion and vocals &  Muammer Aryar on Spanish guitar.
