In this 3-week, adult wellness workshop, participants will be introduced to the mind/body connection as taught by prolific author Thich Nhat Hanh, author of 30+ books on the subject.
Participants will learn about intentional breathing, mindful eating, nourishing the inner self, giving and receiving mindfulness energy, Deep Relaxation, transforming anger into compassion and more. Information from the fields of psychology and sports medicine will also be shared.
